Since 2007

We understand your audience because we are your audience.

Frustrated at the absence of channels that spoke to us, in 2007 we created The Prodigal Guide — the web's most irreverent editorial commentary on watches, cars and the finer things — and Talking Hands, the first watch review show on YouTube that was actually fun. Somewhere along the way we earned the trust of the most discerning enthusiast community in the world.

In 2026 we built The Watch League, a club room where real enthusiasts vote on, rank and debate the world's finest timepieces in real time. With influencers ten a penny and everyone scrolling as fast as their attention spans are evaporating, we wanted a place real watch fans call home.

What we offer

Three pillars. One unique
value proposition.

1

Authority

Seventeen years of editorial credibility. Our audience knows us to be irreverent and deeply devoted to tomfoolery. They trust us — which means they trust who we choose to work with.

2

Ardour

Our members in The Watch League spend time every day voting, commenting and debating with focus and passion. That's real engagement, that's ardour. Compare this to what most advertisers try to pass off as 'reach' or 'attention'.

3

Actionable Intelligence

Our app generates live rankings, sentiment trends and anonymised opinions that can be delivered via data feed. A tailored, real-time market research capability built directly into the product. Every marketer's dream — and it didn't exist until we built it.

Our flagship channel

The Watch League

An iOS app where enthusiasts vote on, rank and debate the world's finest timepieces in real time. Nothing else. Just watches, and the people who care about them more than is strictly healthy. Our brand partnerships are bespoke, long-term and built directly into the product. To our members, you are part of the experience — not an interruption to it.
